Цель исследования. Разработать интеллектуальную систему (ИС) подготовки иностранных студентов к экзаменам по хирургии для подтверждения дипломов, полученных в зарубежных медицинских университетах.

Материалы и методы

Материалы и методы. Разработка системы состояла из двух этапов: 1) создание децентрализованного графа знаний (ДГЗ); 2) интеграция ДГЗ с технологией больших языковых моделей (БЯМ), цифровых двойников (ЦД) и чат-бота. Материалами для разработанной ИС явились структурированные данные: учебники по хирургии, которые используются для подготовки к последипломным экзаменам в Индии (FMGE), учебные материалы кафедры хирургических болезней № 3 Гомельского государственного медицинского университета (ГомГМУ), веб-страницы https://cyb.ai/@gsmu-by/brain.

Результаты

Результаты. Созданная ИС развернута на локальном сервере/компьютере и включает БЯМ DeepSeek R1, чат-бот на платформе AnythingLLM и Telegram; работает по RAG-технологии (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), которая объединяет поиск информации и генерацию текста на основе найденных данных. ИС апробирована во время занятий по хирургии с иностранными студентами 4-го курса ГомГМУ.

Заключение

Заключение. Разработанная ИС подготовки к последипломным экзаменам по хирургии позволяет лучше персонализировать обучение и может улучшить эффективность подготовки студентов к последипломным экзаменам у себя на родине.

Objective

Objective. To develop an Intelligent System (IS) for foreign students preparation for surgery exams to confirm diplomas obtained in foreign medical universities.

Materials and methods

Materials and methods. Development of the system consisted of two stages: 1) creation of a Decentralized Knowledge Graph (DKG); 2) integration of DKG with the technology of Large Language Models (LLM), digital twins and a chat-bot. The materials for the developed IS were structured data: textbooks on surgery, which are used for preparation of postgraduate examinations in India (FMGE), educational materials of the Department of Surgical Diseases No. 3 of the Gomel State Medical University, web pages https://cyb.ai/@gsmu-by/brain.

Results

Results. The created IS is deployed on a local server/computer and includes the DeepSeek LLM, a chatbot on the AnythingLLM platform and Telegram; it works on the RAG technology (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), which combines information search and text generation based on the found data. The IS was tested during surgery classes with foreign fourth year students of the Gomel State Medical University.

Conclusion

Conclusion. The developed information system for preparation for postgraduate examinations in surgery allows better personalization of training and can improve the efficiency of preparing students for postgraduate examinations in their home countries.
