В статье представлен клинический случай редкого заболевания — нейрофиброматоза (НФ). Продемонстрированы типичные клинические симптомы, диагностическая и лечебная тактика. Затронуты проблемы онконастороженности и малигнизации. Пациенты с НФ1 имеют высокий риск развития новообразований, в том числе высокий риск малигнизации, что значительно сокращает продолжительность жизни этих людей.

The article presents a clinical case of a rare disease neurofibromatosis (NF). Typical clinical symptoms, diagnostic and therapeutic tactics are demonstrated. The problems of cancer alertness and malignancy are touched on. Patients with NF1 have a high risk of developing neoplasms, including a high risk of malignancy, which significantly reduces the life expectancy of these people.
