Продемонстрированы типичные клинические симптомы, диагностическая и лечебная тактика. Затронуты проблемы онконастороженности и малигнизации. Пациенты с НФ1 имеют высокий риск развития новообразований, в том числе высокий риск малигнизации, что значительно сокращает продолжительность жизни этих людей.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article presents a clinical case of a rare disease neurofibromatosis (NF). Typical clinical symptoms, diagnostic and therapeutic tactics are demonstrated. The problems of cancer alertness and malignancy are touched on.
