Изучить взаимосвязь личностной тревожности (ЛТ) с адаптацией у студентов медицинского университета.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. С помощью клинического, экспериментально-психологического, в частности интегративного теста тревожности, и статистического методов проведено сравнительное исследование взаимосвязи ЛТ и адаптации 123 студентов 1, 4 и 6-го курсов учреждения образования «Гомельский государственный медицинский университет» (УО «ГомГМУ») в возрасте от 17 до 28 (20,48±2,3) лет.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Установлено, что среднее значение интегративной ЛТ студентов медицинского вуза, будучи близкой к высокому уровню выраженности на младших курсах (5,93±1,96), постепенно, с годами обучения статистически значимо снижалось на старших курсах (4,97±1,75, p &lt; 0,05). Наибольший вклад в формирование интегративной тревожности у студентов был связан со вспомогательными компонентами — «оценка перспектив» и «астенический компонент» и в меньшей мере — с компонентами «эмоциональный дискомфорт», «фобический компонент» и «социальная защита».</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Умеренная и даже высокая ЛТ студентов способствовала лучшей успеваемости (p &lt; 0,0001) и успешной адаптации студентов (p &lt; 0,01), но высокая тревожность повышала риск дезадаптации в трудных жизненных ситуациях (p &lt; 0,05). Мониторинг уровня ЛТ с помощью интегративного теста тревожности может помочь дифференцированной психологической коррекции при кризисной дезадаптации и педагогическому процессу по формированию зрелой личности студентов, осваивающих «помогающие» профессии.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective. To study interrelation of personality anxiety (PA) with adaptation in students of medical university.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. A comparative study of PA and adaptation interrelation of 123 students of 1st, 4th and 6th years of education in Gomel State Medical University aged from 17 to 28 (20.48±2.3 years old) years old was carried out by means of clinical, experimental and psychological, and integrative test of anxiety in particular, as well as by statistical methods.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. It was established that the average value of integrative PA of medical university students, being close to a high level of expression in the junior years (5.93±1.96), gradually with the years of study, statistically significantly decreased in senior years of study (4.97±1.75, p&lt;0.05). The greatest contribution to the formation of integrative anxiety in students was associated with the auxiliary components such as “assessment of prospects” and “asthenic component”, and to a lesser extent with the components such as “emotional discomfort”, “phobic component” and “social protection”.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. High and even moderate PA of students contributed to better academic performance (p&lt;0.0001) and successful adaptation of students (p&lt;0.01), but high anxiety increased the risk of maladaptation in hardship (p&lt;0.05).
