Для ранней диагностики иерсиниоза, его адекватной терапии и предупреждения осложнений необходимо учитывать динамику клинических проявлений и своевременно проводить специфическую диагностику заболевания. Поздняя диагностика может быть связана в том числе с отсутствием настороженности врачей в отношении этой инфекции.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article presents a clinical case of yersiniosis with fever of unclear genesis. For early diagnosis of yersiniosis, its adequate therapy and prevention of complications, it is necessary to take into account the dynamics of clinical manifes- tations and timely conduct specific diagnosis of the disease.
