В статье представлен клинический случай расслаивающей аневризмы грудной аорты, первыми клиническими проявлениями явились типичные симптомы заболевания. Своевременная постановка диагноза и лечение являются особенно значимыми для предупреждения фатального исхода. Поздняя диагностика может быть связана в том числе с отсутствием настороженности врачей в отношении расслаивающей аневризмы аорты.

This article presents a clinical case of dissecting thoracic aortic aneurysm. The first clinical manifestations were typical symptoms of the disease. Timely diagnosis and treatment are particularly important to prevent a fatal outcome. Late diagnosis may be related also to the lack of doctors’ caution with regard to dissecting aortic aneurysm.
