Изучить возможность применения ультрасонографии для идентификации незначительно выраженных (ранних), умеренно выраженных и значительно выраженных дистрофических изменений седалищного нерва.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Для достижения поставленной цели было проведено сопоставление данных ультрасонографических и гистологических исследований 15 пар седалищных нервов, взятых у 8 мужчин и 7 женщин в возрасте 58 (52; 68) лет, находившихся на лечении по поводу различных онкологических заболеваний и умерших в 2022 г. от основного заболевания.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Выявлен параллелизм между ультрасонографическим паттерном при незначительно выраженных, умеренно выраженных и значительно выраженных дистрофических изменениях седалищного нерва, с одной стороны, и гистологическим и иммуногистохимическим паттернами — с другой.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Ультрасонография (В-режим) позволяет идентифицировать незначительно выраженные, умеренно выраженные и значительно выраженные дистрофические изменения седалищного нерва.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective. To study the possibility of using ultrasonography to identify mild (early), moderately severe and significantly severe dystrophic changes in the sciatic nerve.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. To achieve this goal, we compared ultrasonographic and histological data from 15 pairs of sciatic nerves taken from 8 men and 7 women aged 58 (52; 68) years who had been treated for different oncological diseases and died in 2022 from the underlying disease.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results.
