Проанализировать данные ультразвукового исследования почечного трансплантата у пациентов с благоприятным исходом трансплантации.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Проведен анализ 32 снимков и протоколов ультразвуковой диагностики почечного трансплантата (16 мужчин и 16 женщин), выполненной в первый день после трансплантации почки, а также через 3 месяца с момента вмешательства за 2017–2020 гг.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Установлено, что для удовлетворительного течения посттрансплантационного периода при почечной аллотрансплантации характерно увеличение объема почечного трансплантата у мужчин первого и второго периодов зрелости — в 1,12 раза, у пожилых мужчин — в 1,24 раза, у женщин первого периода зрелости — в 1,07 раза, второго периода — в 1,17 раза, у женщин пожилого возраста — в 1,25 раза. Анализ перфузии паренхимы при энергетическом допплеровском картировании во всех исследуемых группах интерпретирован как хорошая либо удовлетворительная, что характеризовало благоприятный вариант течения посттрансплантационного периода.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Мониторинг морфометрических и гемореологических показателей почечного трансплантата в течение трех месяцев и их сравнительный анализ в 1-е и 90-е сутки отражает положительную динамику функции почечного трансплантата. Исследование морфометрических и гемодинамических показателей почечного трансплантата позволяет объективно оценивать функциональное состояние почечного трансплантата в динамике с целью своевременного выявления различных осложнений в посттрансплантационном периоде.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective. To analyze the data of ultrasound examination of the kidney transplant in patients with a favorable outcome of transplantation.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. The analysis of 32 images and protocols of ultrasound diagnostics of a kidney transplant (16 men and 16 women), implemented on the 1st day after kidney transplantation, as well as 3 months after the intervention in 2017-2020, was carried out.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. It was found that for a satisfactory course of the post-transplant period with renal allotransplant, an increase in the volume of kidney transplant was characteristic in men of the first and second periods of maturity – by 1.12 times, in elderly men – by 1.24 times, in women of the first period of maturity – by 1, 07 times, the second period – 1.17 times, in elderly women - 1.25 times. Analysis of parenchyma perfusion by energy Doppler mapping in all studied groups was interpreted as good or satisfactory, which characterized the favorable course of the post-transplant period.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. Monitoring of morphometric and hemorheological parameters of a kidney transplant for 3 months and their comparative analysis on the 1st and 90th day reflects a positive dynamic of the kidney transplant function.
