В настоящее время продолжает увеличиваться доля заболеваний нижнего отдела полового тракта, связанных с количественным дисбалансом условно-патогенных микроорганизмов влагалища бактериальной природы.</p><p>Автором проведена систематизация концептуально новых знаний о патогенетических особенностях бактериального вагиноза (БВ) у женщин репродуктивного возраста, актуальных методах клинико-лабораторной диагностики рецидивирующего бактериального вагиноза (РБВ) и современных тенденциях его лечения, предложенных как отечественными, так и зарубежными специалистами, и применяемых с целью профилактики осложнений и рецидивирования.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The relevance of the problem of recurrent urogenital infection is determined by its highest prevalence in the structure of gynecological morbidity. At present, the proportion of diseases of the lower genital tract associated with a quantitative imbalance of opportunistic pathogens of the vagina of a bacterial nature continues to increase.</p><p>The author systematized conceptually new knowledge on pathogenetic features of bacterial vaginosis in women of reproductive age, current methods of clinical and laboratory diagnosis of recurrent bacterial vaginosis, modern effective methods for the treatment, proposed by both domestic and foreign experts and used to prevent complications and prevent recurrence.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>вагинальная инфекция</kwd><kwd>дисбиоз влагалища</kwd><kwd>рецидивирующий бактериальный вагиноз</kwd><kwd>нарушение микрофлоры</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>vaginal infection</kwd><kwd>vaginal dysbiosis</kwd><kwd>recurrent bacterial vaginosis</kwd><kwd>microflora disorders</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Дикке Г.Б.
