Предложить методику использования возможности широкого включения исследовательских групп в решение проблемы переноса информации при диагностировании ЛОР-заболеваний по результатам рентгеновских изображений.Материалы и методы. Обследование ЛОР-пациентов, информация по результатам рентгеновских изображений, анализ информационных технологий для обмена медицинской информацией и программных средств исследования DICOM-файлов, анонимизация компьютерных диагностических изображений.Результаты. Рассмотрена проблема диагностирования ЛОР-заболеваний. Предложена информационно-коммуникационная структура обмена медицинскими изображениями и методика формирования массива данных для использования при исследованиях ЛОР-заболеваний и для консультаций.Заключение. Наличие общедоступных баз медицинских данных несомненно способствует развитию, раннему получению представления о диагностике, обучению анатомии, патологической анатомии представителей медицинских специальностей и исследователей.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Objective. To propose a methodology for using the possibility of wider inclusion of study groups in solving the problem of information transfer in the diagnosis of ENT diseases based on the results of X-ray imaging.Materials and methods. Examination of ENT patients, information on the results of X-ray imaging, analysis of information technologies for the exchange of medical information and software used to study DICOM files, anonymization of computer diagnostic images.Results. The problem of ENT disease diagnosis has been studied. We have proposed an information and communication structure for the exchange of medical images and a methodology for generating a data set for use in ENT disease studies and for consultations.Conclusion.
