Создать нормативный образец электрокардиограммы (ЭКГ), зарегистрированной по методике Слопака — Партилле, сделав его широкодоступным для практических врачей и среднего медицинского персонала подразделений функциональной диагностики поликлиник, стационаров, скорой медицинской помощи.Материалы и методы. Обследовано 33 здоровых лица в возрасте от 19 до 23 лет, мужчин — 22, женщин — 11. В число обследуемых включались лица с нормальной ЭКГ, зарегистрированной в общепринятых 12 отведениях, с анамнезом, исключающим наличие каких-либо заболеваний, после чего регистрировалась ЭКГ по методике Слопака — Партилле.Результаты. Итоговый анализ зубцов P, Q, R, S,T, отношения Q/R, положение точки J относительно изолинии в отведениях S1, S2, S3, S4 позволил сформировать электрокардиографическую картину в норме для каждого отведения ЭКГ, зарегистрированной по данной методике.Заключение. Учитывая значимость ЭКГ-отведений по Слопаку — Партилле в диагностике инфаркта миокарда в задне-верхних, задне-боковых отделах левого желудочка, представлено их подробное описание и реальное изображение у здоровых лиц.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Objective. To create a standart electrocardiogram (ECG) sample registered using the Slapak – Partilla method and make it widely available to practicing doctors and middle-level medical personnel of functional diagnostics units of outpatient and in-patient clinics, emergency care hospitals.Materials and methods. 33 healthy individuals aged 19-23 were examined, among them there were 22 men, 11 women. The subjects included individuals with normal ECGs recorded in the generally accepted 12 leads, anamnesis that excluded the presence of any disease. After that, ECGs were recorded using the Slapak – Partilla method.Results. The final analysis of the P,Q,R,S,T waves, Q/R ratio, position of the J point relative to the isoline in the S1,S2,S3,S4 leads made it possible to form a normal electrocardiographic picture for each ECG lead recorded by means of this method.Conclusion.
