Описаны приемы разрушения блокирующих спаек и контроля раздельного скольжения сухожилий сгибателей пальца. Отмечена безопасность ежедневной контролируемой мобилизации оперированного пальца.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article presents a clinical case of operative treatment and early controlled mobilization in isolated chronic flexor digitorum profundus tendon injury.
