В статье представлен клинический случай оперативного лечения и ранней контролируемой мобилизации при изолированном застарелом повреждении сухожилия глубокого сгибателя пальца кисти. Описаны приемы разрушения блокирующих спаек и контроля раздельного скольжения сухожилий сгибателей пальца. Отмечена безопасность ежедневной контролируемой мобилизации оперированного пальца.

The article presents a clinical case of operative treatment and early controlled mobilization in isolated chronic flexor digitorum profundus tendon injury. The work describes the techniques of blocking commissure destruction and control of finger flexor tendons separate sliding and notes the safety of daily controlled mobilization of the operated finger.
