Оценить возможность использования параметров реактивности нейтрофилов крови для мониторинга воспалительного процесса у пациентов с ревматоидным артритом (РА).Материалы и методы. У 61 пациента с достоверным диагнозом РА была проведена оценка параметров функциональной активности нейтрофилов (нетотическая активность, поглотительная способность, продукция активных форм кислорода и оксида азота) в динамике воспалительного процесса.Результаты. У пациентов в период обострения по сравнению с фазой клинического улучшения повышены значения параметров нетоза (NETСП30, NETСТ30, NETСП150, NETСТ150) и кислород-продуцирующей активности (НСТСП) нейтрофилов. С помощью категориального регрессионного анализа определены пороговые значения перечисленных параметров, на основании которых предложена система балльной оценки активности воспаления у пациентов с РА.Заключение. Параметры оценки функциональной активности нейтрофилов (NETСП30, NETСТ30, NETСП150, NETСТ150 и НСТСП) являются дополнительными лабораторными критериями оценки активности воспаления при РА.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Objective. To assess the possibility of using blood neutrophil reactivity parameters to monitor the inflammatory process in patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA).Materials and methods. The parameters of the functional activity of neutrophils (netosis activity, absorbing capacity, production of active oxygen species and nitric oxide) were assessed in 61 patients with a verified RA diagnosis in the dynamics of inflammatory process.Results. In the patients, the values of netosis parameters (NETSP30, NETCT30, NETSP150, NETST150) and oxygen-producing activity (NSTSP) are increased during the exacerbation period compared to the clinical improvement phase. The threshold values of the parameters were determined using the categorical regression analysis, on the basis of which an assessment scoring system of the activity of inflammation in patients with RA has been proposed.Conclusion.
