Изучить влияние степени воронкообразной деформации грудной клетки (ВДГК) у детей на выраженность клинических проявлений, а также функции органов грудной клетки до и после оперативного лечения.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. В исследование включены 36 пациентов с ВДГК II и III степени, проходивших оперативное лечение и обследование на базе ортопедо-травматологического отделения учреждения «Гомельская областная детская клиническая больница» с января 2019 г. по сентябрь 2021 г. Всем пациентам проведены клинический осмотр, лабораторно-инструментальные исследования, электрокардиография, эхокардиография, холтеровское мониторирование, исследование функции внешнего дыхания, компьютерная томография грудной клетки.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. В результате проведенных исследований установлено, что степень деформации грудной клетки у детей влияет на выраженность клинико-функциональных изменений органов грудной клетки.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Проведенное исследование показало, что оперативное лечение ВДГК способствует странению функциональных расстройств в работе сердца и органов дыхания.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective. To study the effect of the degree of pectus excavatum in children on the severity of clinical manifestations, as well as the function of the chest organs before and after surgical treatment.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. The study included 36 patients with II-III degree pectus excavatum undergoing surgical treatment and examination at the Orthopedics and Traumatology Department of the Gomel Regional Children’s Clinical Hospital from January 2019 to September 2021. All the patients were examined in clinical setting with laboratory and instrumental methods, were performed electrocardiography, echocardiography, Holter monitoring, the study of the function of external respiration, computed tomography of the chest.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. As a result of the conducted studies, it has been found that the degree of thoracic deformity in children affects the severity of clinical and functional changes in the chest organs.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
