Провести сравнительный анализ изменений показателей агрегации тромбоцитов у пациентов с инфекцией COVID-19 на фоне проводимой антикоагулянтной терапии и определить эффективность применения интегративного показателя агрегации тромбоцитов.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. В исследование было включено 34 пациента с подтвержденной инфекцией COVID-19 (группа 1). С целью сравнения полученных результатов в группу 2 (n = 30) были включены здоровые лица женского пола. Определяли следующие параметры агрегации тромбоцитов: степень, время, скорость и площадь агрегации (до наступления ее максимальной степени).</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Наилучшим среди всех показателей агрегации тромбоцитов для диагностики наличия у пациента инфекции COVID-19 по критерию Хосмера — Лемешова является площадь агрегации: с индуктором аденозиндифосфатом (АДФ) — 0,3 мкг/мл (Хи-квадрат = 9,481, р = 0,303); АДФ — 1,25 мкг/мл (Хи квадрат = 12,577, р = 0,127); АДФ — 2,5 мкг/мл (Хи-квадрат = 6,226, р = 0,622); адреналином — 2,5 мкМ (Хи-квадрат = 7,367, р = 0,498); адреналином — 5 мкМ (Хи-квадрат = 6,824, р = 0,556).</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Площадь агрегации является информативным интегративным показателем, позволяющим количественно оценить степень агрегации при лечении гиперкоагуляционного синдрома у пациентов с инфекцией COVID-19.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective. To conduct a comparative analysis of changes in platelet aggregation parameters in COVID-19 patients which are related to anticoagulant therapy and to determine the effectiveness of the integrative parameter of platelet aggregation.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. 34 patients with confirmed COVID-19 (group 1) were included into the study. To compare the obtained results, healthy females were included into group 2 (n = 30). The following parameters of aggregation were determined: degree, time, rate and area of aggregation (until its maximum degree).</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The area of aggregation is the best among all the parameters of platelet aggregation to diagnose COVID-19 in patients according to the Hosmer-Lemeshow test: with an ADP inducer — 0.3 μg/ml (Chi-square = 9.481, p = 0.303); ADP — 1.25 μg/ml (Chi square = 12.577, p = 0.127); ADP — 2.5 μg/ml (Chi-square = 6.226, p = 0.622); adrenaline — 2.5 μM (Chi-square = 7.367, p = 0.498); adrenaline — 5 μM (Chi-square = 6.824, p = 0.556).</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
