Проведен систематический обзор литературы, содержащей информацию об использовании телемедицины, краудсорсингового мониторинга и других ресурсов электронного здравоохранения в период пандемии COVID-19.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Выделены основные преимущества и недостатки применения технологий электронного здравоохранения, обозначены основные проблемы на пути их использования и предложены варианты их решения.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. В развитых странах пандемия COVID-19 уже ускорила внедрение электронного здравоохранения в качестве инструмента борьбы против пандемии. Но несмотря на это, необходимы новые законодательные и нормативно-правовые акты, регулирующие ответственность в области дистанционного лечения, а также руководства, касающиеся использования краудсорсинговых систем мониторинга заболеваемости в дополнение к традиционным системам эпидемиологического надзора.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective: to evaluate the experience and possibilities of the use of eHealth technologies during the pandemic.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. A systematic review of literature containing information about the use of telemedicine, crowdsourcing monitoring and other eHealth resources during the COVID-19 pandemic was performed.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p> Results. The main advantages and disadvantages of the use of eHealth technologies have been highlighted, the main problems arising on the way of their implementation have been identified and options for their solution have been proposed.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. In developed countries the COVID-19 pandemic has already accelerated the implementation of eHealth as a tool to combat the pandemic.
