В статье приведено описание клинического случая повышения уровня печеночных трансаминаз в отсроченном периоде лечения у пациента с коронавирусной инфекцией COVID-19 с использованием ремдесивира. Описано возможное влияние стеатоза печени на выраженность цитолитического синдрома у пациентов на фоне течения COVID-19.

The article describes a clinical case of an increased level of hepatic transaminases during a delayed period of the treatment in a patient with coronavirus disease COVID-19 using remdesivir and a possible effect of hepatic steatosis on the severity of cytolytic syndrome associated with the course of COVID-19.
