Обследовано 107 пациентов (45 женщин и 62 мужчины; медиана возраста — 64 (56; 74) (от 36 до 88 лет). Исследование включало анкетирование с использованием опросника STOP-BANG, Берлинского опросника, шкалы сонливости Эпворта и ночную респираторную полиграфию.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Среди 75 пациентов с синдромом апноэ сна опросник STOP-BANG, Берлинский опросник и шкала сонливости Эпворта показали чувствительность — 91, 72, 51 % соответственно, специфичность — 53, 78, 84 % соответственно, диагностическую точность — 72, 75, 68 % соответственно, прогностическую ценность положительного результата — 82, 89, 88 % соответственно и прогностическую ценность отрицательного результата — 71, 54, 42 % соответственно.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Опросник STOP-BANG и Берлинский опросник являются удобными и информативными для скрининговой оценки риска синдрома апноэ сна у пациентов с инфарктом головного мозга, но их применение должно дополняться инструментальными методами диагностики для достоверного исключения нарушений дыхания во сне.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective: to evaluate the effectiveness of the STOP-BANG questionnaire, Berlin questionnaire, and the Epworth sleepiness scale in the screening diagnosis of sleep apnea syndrome in patients with ischemic stroke.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. We examined 107 patients (45 women and 62 men; the median age was 64 (56; 74) (aged 36–88). The study involved questioning using the STOP-BANG questionnaire, Berlin questionnaire, Epworth sleepiness scale, and nocturnal respiratory polygraphy.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Among 75 patients with sleep apnea syndrome, the STOP-BANG questionnaire, Berlin questionnaire, and the Epworth sleepiness scale showed sensitivity — 91 %, 72 %, 51 %, respectively, speciﬁcity — 53 %, 78 %, 84 %, respectively, diagnostic accuracy — 72 %, 75 %, 68 % respectively, positive predictive value — 82 %, 89 %, 88 %, respectively, and negative predictive value — 71 %, 54 %, 42 %, respectively.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
