Для решения поставленной задачи было проведено измерение переднезаднего сечения НПВ у детей (n = 100) в различные возрастные периоды.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Выделен критерий, позволяющий с достаточно высокой точностью оценивать нормальность/ненормальность диаметра нижней полой вены в различные возрастные периоды.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Сделан вывод о возможности применения коэффициента, отражающего соотношение роста и диаметра (диапазон — 0,04–0,1), в качестве надежного ориентира для оценки нормальности/ненормальности диаметра нижней полой вены в различные возрастные периоды.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective: to develop a criterion for normality/abnormality of the inferior vena cava diameter in children that is convenient to use in wide clinical practice.</p></sec><sec><title>Material</title><p>Material. In order to achieve the above objective, we performed measurements of the antero-posterior cross-section of the inferior vena cava in children (n = 100) in different age periods.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. We have determined a criterion allowing of assessing the normality/abnormality of the inferior vena cava diameter in different age periods with sufficiently high accuracy.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
