В начале заболевания он может протекать как инфаркт миокарда. В связи с этим диагноз миокардита часто обосновывается клиникой заболевания, изменениями на электрокардиограмме, эхокардиограмме, повышением уровня кардиоспецифических ферментов в сочетании с отсутствием коронарной патологии. Однако не всегда данные, полученные при обследовании пациента в начале заболевания, позволяют провести дифференциальную диагностику между инфарктом миокарда и миокардитом.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The clinical manifestations of myocarditis may have many variants. At the onset of the disease, it may progress as myocardial infarction. In this regard, the diagnosis of myocarditis is often justified by the clinical picture of the disease, changes in the electrocardiogram, echocardiogram, elevated level of cardio-specific enzymes coupled with the absence of coronary pathology.
