Изложены достоинства и недостатки применяемых кондуитов. Детально описаны биомеханические свойства тканых сосудистых протезов. Функционирование трансплантата зависит от степени его соответствия механическому и биологическому свойствам артерии. Описана распространённость инфицирования сосудистых кондуитов, а также изложены патогенетические механизмы, возможные пути возникновения и присоединения инфекций с описанием возможного инфекционного агента. Изложены пути и методы улучшения функциональных характеристик существующих тканых сосудистых протезов.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>We have reviewed scientific publications dealing with the problem of the use of tissue-engineered materials in vascular surgery. The review presents the pros and cons of applicable conduits, describes in detail the biomechanical properties of tissue-engineered vascular conduits. However, the functioning of conduits depends on their ability to mimic the mechanical and biological behave our of the artery.
