У половины пациенток основной группы диагностировано повышение порогового уровня прогестерона, у 32,14 % пациенток, проходящих прегравидарную подготовку, выявлена гиперандрогения. Уровень провоспалительных цитокинов был в пределах нормальных значений как в основной, так и в контрольной группах.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article presents the results of the study of the levels of steroid and gonadotropin-releasing hormones, prolactin, pro-inflammatory cytokines in female patients with reproductive disorders and those of the control group. Half of the patients of the study group revealed an increase in the threshold level of progesterone, and 32.14% of the female patients of the control group undergoing pregravid preparation detected hyperandrogenia.
