В статье представлены результаты половозрастной динамики показателей внешнего дыхания у детей и подростков г. Гомеля в возрасте от 7 до 17 лет. Выявлены периоды ускорения и замедления темпов прироста жизненной емкости легких и пиковой скорости выдоха. В работе представлены центильные таблицы оценки показателей внешнего дыхания школьников. Сравнение темпов прироста показателей внешнего дыхания у представителей различных соматотипов позволило зафиксировать более ранние максимальные приросты жизненной емкости легких и пиковой скорости выдоха у мезо- и гиперсомных мальчиков и девочек.
The article presents the results of the age and gender dynamics of external respiration in children and adolescents of the city of Gomel at the age 7-17. The work reveals periods of acceleration and deceleration of the growth rate in the lung vital capacity and peak expiratory rate. The paper presents the centile tables evaluating the schoolchildren`s external respiration. The comparison of the growth rates of external respiration in representatives of different somatotypes made it possible to fix the earlier maximum increases in lung vital capacity and peak expiratory rate in the meso- and hypersomnia boys and girls.
