In study 155 participants in age 10-17 years were included. Salt taste sensitivity to minimal concentrations (0.04-0.08 % of NaCl) was registered in 114 children (73.5 %). The group of children with low sensitivity consisted of 41 persons. In some children was registered deviation in taste (disgeusia). Difference between males and females in salt sensitivities level was not established. The association between level of systolic blood pressure and the salt taste sensitivities was shown in regression model with inclusion of some anthropometric data and salt sensitivity.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>children</kwd><kwd>salt taste</kwd><kwd>food preferences</kwd><kwd>blood pressure</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Surveying food/beverage preference: A tool for epidemiological studies to connect chemosensation with health outcomes / V.
