<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>At present, dendritic cells are thought to be the main «professional» antigenpresenting cells. They play the leading role in the triggering of the adaptive immune response and its integration with inborn immunity. These properties of dendritic cells determine significant interest for their possible use as a base for making antitumoral vaccines. The results of the study testify about the amplification of the lymphocytes antitumoral activity in relation to the types of tumors against which DC-vaccination was carried out.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>дендритные клетки</kwd><kwd>антигенпрезентирующие клетки</kwd><kwd>опухольассоциированные антигены</kwd><kwd>ДК-вакцинация</kwd><kwd>dendritic cells</kwd><kwd>antigenpresenting cells</kwd><kwd>tumor-accotiated antigens</kwd><kwd>DC-vaccination</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Sabado, R.
