Предлагаемый обзор освещает современные представления о взаимодействии и адаптации систем энергообеспечения при физических нагрузках различной интенсивности и продолжительности.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Nowadays, the interest to study of changes in processes of energy supply in physical exercise is associated with the use of modern methods of study of aerobic and anaerobic metabolism in skeletal muscles, and also assessment of energy interchange in sport medicine for correction of training process and diagnostics of overtraining syndrome with high practical significance.
