Цель: систематизация и аналитический обзор научных публикаций по теме, акцентирование внимания на практическое применение методов эхографии с контрастным усилением. Материалы. Публикации по ультразвуковым исследованиям с применением контрастного усиления. Результаты. Определены возможности и преимущества современной контрастной эхографии в клинической практике. Заключение. Применение методов эхографии с контрастным усилением значительно повышает качество изображения, увеличивает диагностическую уверенность клиницистов, открывает широкие перспективы диагностики в самых разных областях медицины при низком уровне общих затрат, недорогом оборудовании, доступности исследований.

Aim of research: systematization and analytical review of scientific publications on the topic, paying attention to practical application of contrast-enhanced ultrasound methods. Material. Publications on contrast-enhanced ultrasound. Results. Possibilities and advantages of present-day contrast-enhanced echography in clinical practice were defined. Conclusion. The application of contrast-enhanced ultrasound methods considerably increases quality of the image, improves diagnostic confidence of clinical specialists, provides wide prospects of diagnostics in various areas of medicine with low general expenses, cheap equipment, availability of studies.
