Препаратом выбора при терапии ФП для предупреждения кардиоваскулярного инсульта по шкалам CHADS2 и CHA2DS2-VASc является варфарином под контролем МНО (2,0-3,0).</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The stage-to-stage care after an AF patient can adequately assess the severity of the patient`s state, to assess the possible risk of cardioembolic stroke, to restore sinus rhythm or to obtain control of ventricular rate in the permanent form of persistent AF.
