В статье проведен ретроспективный анализ секционного случая с болезнью Фара. Изложены литературные данные, приведены собственные наблюдения с акцентом на макроскопическую и гистологическую картину поражения головного мозга. Отмечены трудности ранней диагностики данного заболевания. При патологоанатомическом исследовании в головном мозге выявлены четкие морфологические критерии болезни Фара.

The article provides the retrospective analysis of an autopsy case of Fahr disease. The article presents literature data and the authors’ own experience focused on macroscopic and histological lesions of brain. The difficulties of early diagnosis of this disease are stressed. The postmortem examination of the brain revealed distinct morphological criteria of Fahr disease.
