Данные литературных источников о состоянии минеральной плотности кости при псориатическом артрите и кожном псориазе противоречивы. Цель: оценить минеральную плотность кости и частоту компрессионных деформаций позвонков у пациентов с псориатическим артритом и кожным псориазом. Материалы и методы. Выполнена оценка минеральной плотности кости методом двуэнергетической рентгеновской абсорбциометрии у 87 пациентов с псориатическим артритом и кожным псориазом и у 59 человек контрольной группы, сопоставимых по возрасту, полу и индексу массы тела. У 52 пациентов проведена рентгеновская морфометрия. Результаты. Выявлено статистически достоверное снижение минеральной плотности кости как в поясничном отделе позвоночника, так и в шейке бедра у мужчин с псориатическим артритом и кожным псориазом по сравнению с аналогичными показателями у мужчин группы контроля. У женщин с псориаттическим артритом минеральная плотность кости была ниже в поясничном отделе позвоночника. У женщин с кожным псориазом низкая костная масса диагностировалась только в области первого поясничного позвонка. Деформации позвонков выявлены у 24,3 % пациентов с псориатическим артритом и у 36 % - с кожным псориазом. Выводы. Установлено, что кожный псориаз является фактором риска формирования дефицита костной массы у мужчин в большей степени, чем у женщин; прогностическим маркером снижения минеральной плотности кости у пациентов с псориатическим артритом является длительность суставного синдрома.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Rheumatic diseases are one of the causes of decreasing bone mineral density. The literature data on the bone mineral status in psoriatic arthritis and skin psoriasis are contradictory. Objective: to assess the bone mineral density and frequency rate of compression deformations of vertebrae in patients with psoriatic arthritis and skin psoriasis. Material and methods. The bone mineral density was estimated by the method of dual energy x-ray absorptiometry in 87 patients with psoriatic arthritis and skin psoriasis and 59 people of the control group matched for age, sex and body mass index. Results. The study revealed a statistically reliable decrease of the bone mineral density both in the lumbar spine and femoral neck in the men with psoriatic arthritis and skin psoriasis compared to the similar parameters in the men of the control group. The women with psoriatic arthritis observed decreased bone mineral density in the lumbar spine. The women with skin psoriasis diagnosed low bone mass only in the area of the first lumbar vertebra. 24,3 % patients with psoriatic arthritis and 36 % patients with skin psoriasis revealed vertebra deformations. Conclusion. It was revealed that skin psoriasis is a risk factor for bone mass deficiency in young men more than in women; the duration of the articular syndrome is a prognostic predictor of lower bone mineral density in patients with psoriatic arthritis.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>псориаз</kwd><kwd>псориатический артрит</kwd><kwd>минеральная плотность кости</kwd><kwd>psoriasis</kwd><kwd>psoriatic arthritis</kwd><kwd>bone mineral density</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Psoriasis / M.
