По данным некоторых исследований, дефицит витамина Д ассоциируется с повышением риска развития инфекционных заболеваний. В результате данного исследования установлено, что у пациентов с циррозом печени с недостаточностью/дефицитом витамина Д чаще диагностированы бактериальные инфекции, что требует определения статуса витамина Д и при необходимости - его коррекции у пациентов с циррозом печени.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The interest in studying synthesis, metabolism and effect of vitamin D has increased recently due to the world tendency to decrease its intake and due to new knowledge about the mechanisms of its active metabolite effects in human organism. According to certain research, deficiency of vitamin D is associated with the increased risk for the development of infectious diseases.
