Выявлено, что у пациентов с депрессивными состояниями отмечался достоверно более высокий уровень тревоги по шкале HADS, более высокий уровень HbA1C, более низкий уровень минимальной гликемии и большая продолжительность периода гипогликемии. Кроме этого, у пациентов с депрессией достоверно чаще регистрировались гипогликемические состояния, причем скрытых гипогликемий было также достоверно больше среди пациентов с депрессией.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article gives an assessment of the frequency rate of hypoglycemic states in patients with depression. The patients with depressive states revealed a significantly higher level of anxiety on the HADS scale, a higher HbA1C level, a lower level of minimum glycemia and a longer duration of hypoglycemia.
