В исследование включены 268 пациентов. Получено укорочение сроков восстановления гемоглобина, лейкоцитов и нейтрофилов в группе пациентов, получавших сочетанную терапию гемопоэтическими ростовыми факторами (ГРФ) после аутологичной трансплантации гемопоэтических стволовых клеток (ТГСК). Отмечено уменьшение сроков восстановления лейкоцитов и нейтрофилов, гемоглобина и эритроцитов в группе пациентов, получавших сочетанную терапию ГРФ после аллогенной ТКМ. В целом, применение ЭПО в комбинации с Г-КСФ привело к снижению гематологической токсичности.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The restoration of hemopeisis indices after high dose chemotherapy with autologic and allogenic transplantation of stem hemopoeitic cells with the combined use of hemopoietic growth factors - erythropoietin and granulocytic colony-stimulating factor at the early post-trasplantation period has been studied. 268 patients were included into the investigation. The shortening of restoration terms of hemoglobin, leucocytes and neutrophils in the group of patients, undergoing the combined therapy of hemopoietic growth factors after autologic transplantation of stem hemopoeitic cells.
