Установлено, что повышение уровней маркеров антифосфолипидного синдрома наблюдается в 67 % случаев заболевания системной красной волчанкой. При развитии вторичного антифосфолипидного синдрома чаще выявляются аутоантитела класса IgG.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The levels of the laboratory markers for antiphospholipid syndrome, i.e. cardiolipin autoantibodies and antibodies to β2-glycoprotein 1 IgG and IgM in systemic lupus erythematosus have been studied. It has been established that the increase of the marker level of antiphospholipid syndrome is observed in 67 % systemic lupus erythematosus cases.
