Приводится классификация наследственного сфероцитоза, подходы к диагностике и лечению в зависимости от тяжести течения заболевания и наличия наиболее частых осложнений.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The modern conception of hereditary spherocytosis has been considered in the article. Hereditary spherocytosis is a common inherited disease declaring itself in haemolytic anaemia, jaundice and splenomegaly.
