Сложности с интерпретацией результатов радиологических исследований связок, соединяющих элементы заднего опорного комплекса позвонков, могут возникать вследствие недостаточного уровня знаний относительно анатомо-морфологических особенностей этих структур. Учитывая дефицит именно этой важной для диагностического поиска информации, проведен анализ публикаций, посвященных клинической и лучевой анатомии связок, соединяющих структурные элементы заднего опорного комплекса.

Due to the absence of necessary knowledge about anatomic morphological features of ligaments jointing the posterior elements, it is often difficult to interpret the results of radiological studies of these structures. Taking into consideration the shortage of this information and its importance for diagnostic purposes, the analysis of the publications dedicated to clinical anatomy of ligaments that joint the posterior elements has been carried out.
